Xpeng P5 has a length of 4808mm, a wheelbase of 2768mm, and a comprehensive NEDC range of 600km. The front part has an active air intake grille, the hidden telescopic electric door handle, and the vehicle has an ultra-low drag coefficient of 0.223.
The vehicle is equipped with HAP lidar provided by Livox Technology on both sides of the front. The single lateral Angle of view is 120°, and the detection range for low reflective objects can reach 150 meters. The angular resolution is up to 0.16°*0.2°, and the point cloud density is equivalent to 144-line lidar. In addition, the body is also equipped with 5 millimeter wave radars, 12 ultrasonic radars, 13 cameras. In addition, it also has a set of high-precision positioning units (GPU+IMU), which can realize NGP automatic navigation assisted driving covering expressways, urban expressways and some urban roads.
The proportion of high strength steel in Xpeng P5 body reaches 46.8%, and ultra-high strength steel accounts for 13.8%. X-safety active and passive Safety system can provide automatic emergency braking, blind area monitoring and warning, car distance warning and other functions.
The car is equipped with x-HP intelligent thermal management system and heat pump air conditioning to ensure the comfort of the passenger cabin. For the battery, the battery pack is IP68 waterproof. Adopt safe design of battery without heat spread, also can prevent needle prick.
Equipped with Xmart OS 3.0 intelligent vehicle-mounted system, it can carry out rich entertainment functions and unlock mobile phones with bluetooth digital keys. Equipped with the third-generation Qualcomm Snapdragon SA8155P chip, Xiaopeng P5 has 12GB of memory, 128GB of storage space and powerful computing performance. The car also supports voice-controlled DJI Mavic 2 Pro drones, and video footage can be streamed in real time to a large central screen.
